My first anti spasticity medication is baclofen. My bladder medication changed in 2016, 2020 and 2021. During 2019 I dropped going from two sets of daily stretches to one set per day.

This table has previously reported Pilates, which I do 1hr per week since 2010 and insoles which I have worn all day 2015-2019 and outdoors since 2020.

Appointments

This table shows my HSP appointments.

The other details column gives details of the "other" appointments which I have had. A dash means that all appointments are covered by the other columns.
